This article refers to booking a verified property. What is the difference between a “Verified” and a “Non-verified” landlord or property?
After you have booked a verified accommodation, the landlord has 48 working hours to accept or decline your reservation.
If he declines the booking, we will try to help you first, by finding an alternative solution and then, with your consent, change your booking using the payment you already made. If you decide not to continue with the process we will of course fully refund you.
In case the landlord confirms, the booking is non refundable unless the landlord allows us to give you the payment of the first month back.
This way we can protect both, the landlord (he will reserve the room for you) and the tenant (because we keep the payment safe).
